Megan takes a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In session, clients experience her as warm, empathetic, and goal-oriented—meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful growth.
She believes deeply in the human capacity for growth and wellness, and that change is always possible—even if it requires reaching out for support. Megan brings a hopeful presence to each session while also making space for the hard, messy parts of life that don’t have easy answers.
Her passion for counseling is rooted in her own experience with therapy, which began in high school and shaped her desire to walk alongside others as they grow in self-awareness, recognize their strengths, and build more fulfilling lives. She finds it especially meaningful to witness how both personal insight and evidence-based practices can create real, lasting change.
Outside of her work, Megan enjoys reading, drawing, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends—preferably outdoors whenever possible.
